Description

The moment Colors&Forms gets hard is the moment the falling pieces start stacking up faster than you can match them to the right track. You're sliding pieces at the bottom left and right, lining up shapes and colors against what's dropping down, and for a while it feels easy. Then the pace ramps up and every match you land feels like you actually earned it.

What makes it click is the mix of reflexes and a plan. You pick your game mode by speed before you even start, so you're choosing your own difficulty walking in. Some levels throw objects on screen you need to click and interact with, which keeps you paying attention instead of coasting on autopilot.

It's a browser game through and through - no download, free to play, and it works on Android, iPhone and desktop alike. If you're already into Puzzle games or you've got a soft spot for Mind Games, the level-by-level structure here gives you plenty of bite-sized challenges to chip away at.

Colorful, a little chaotic, and genuinely satisfying once the pieces click into place - that's Colors&Forms in a nutshell.

How to Play

Match the falling elements to the pieces you control at the bottom of the tracks, completing the mission set for each level.

Slide your pieces left or right along the tracks to line them up with what's falling. Before you start a level, pick a game mode based on speed - slower modes give you more time to think, faster ones test your reflexes. Watch for objects appearing on screen, since some of these need a click to interact with rather than a slide.

Tip: choose a slower speed mode first to learn the matching patterns before jumping into anything faster.
