For players

  • A game won't load, won't start, or plays badly. This is the most useful thing you can report.

  • Game requests. Send a name, or just describe what you're in the mood for.

  • Something inappropriate in a game — including ads inside a game that don't belong in front of a general audience.

  • Something wrong in a write-up. If a description, the controls, or an answer in a game's FAQ doesn't match the game as you played it, tell us. We check it against the game and fix it. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send.

  • Feedback on the site. Broken layout, confusing navigation, a category that makes no sense. All fair game.

For publishers and rights holders

  • Game submissions. Want a game listed, or need one removed? Get in touch.

  • Copyright and takedown notices. The Terms of Service sets out exactly what a notice needs to contain so it can be acted on straight away.

  • Partnerships and business enquiries. Email is the direct line — no forms, no gatekeeping.

Privacy requests

Anything covered by the Privacy Policy — access, deletion, or a question about what gets collected. Worth knowing that MultiPixel has no accounts, so there is usually very little held that could be connected to you in the first place.

Reporting a broken game

Four things turn a guessing game into a fix:

  • The link to the game or page.

  • What you expected, and what happened instead.

  • Your device and browser, roughly — "iPhone, Safari" is plenty.

  • A screenshot, if you can grab one.

Two things worth knowing

There are no accounts on MultiPixel. No sign-up, no password, no profile — so there is nothing to recover, unlock or delete. If a game forgets your progress, that is the game's own save data sitting in your browser, not an account on the site. Clearing your browser data will wipe it.

MultiPixel doesn't make the games. Every game here is built and hosted by an independent studio and loaded into the page from them, which means deep gameplay bugs are theirs to fix — but the report doesn't stop here. It gets passed on to the studio or the publisher that supplies the game. If it stays broken after that, the game gets pulled from the catalogue rather than left sitting there as a dead tile.

MultiPixel elsewhere

Social messages get seen, but email is the fast lane — especially for anything technical, legal or privacy related.

Thanks for playing. Now go get that high score.
