Five minutes with Word String and you're stuck on one word, turning it over in your head - Sun, then what? Flower, obviously, then Pot, and suddenly you're three links deep in a chain you didn't see coming. That's the whole hook: you're handed a starting word, and every word after it has to either build a compound word with the one before it or snap together into a phrase everybody already knows, like Orange into Juice.

It's simple to explain and surprisingly hard to stop playing. Your brain wants closure, so once you spot that the next word could be "flower" you're already hunting for what comes after "flower" too, and the chain just keeps pulling you forward.

Complete the chain by finding the next word for each link - it has to form a compound word with the word before it, or complete a well-known phrase together with it.

Start from the first given word and think forward: does it pair naturally with another word to make one thing (like Sun-Flower), or is it half of a phrase everyone recognizes (like Orange Juice)? Type or tap in your guess and keep linking until the whole chain is complete.

If you get stuck, say the word out loud and list whatever comes to mind first - compound words and common phrases usually surface faster than you'd expect once you stop overthinking it.
