Merge Hospital hides a soap opera behind the merging: every surgeon and nurse you unlock comes with a backstory, and you piece it together one merged item at a time. It's less "tidy the supply closet" and more "who is secretly in love with who in the surgery ward."

The actual gameplay is classic Merge games logic: combine two matching items to create something better, whether that's medical supplies, pies, or whatever else the generators spit out. Generators cost energy, so you can't merge forever without a break or a shop visit, which keeps each session feeling like a proper shift rather than a mindless grind.

Complete tasks around the hospital and you earn hearts, which push the story forward and unlock more of what's happening in and around the building. If you like your puzzle games with a side of Story games, this one gives you an actual reason to keep merging past level one.
