Move with WASD or the Arrow Keys. Press B to open your backpack, Space to confirm choices or reroll upgrades, and Escape to pause. Attacks auto-cast on their own, so combat is hands-off - navigate menus with point-and-click, and right-click or drag items in your backpack to equip them.
