Clear space on the 9x9 grid by filling complete rows, columns, or square blocks before the board fills up. Every block you place that completes a line makes it disappear, buying you room to keep going.

Tip: leave yourself flexible gaps early on. Boxing yourself into a corner is the fastest way to run out of room and end the round.
