Description

Seven tiles in your hand, one opponent across the table, and a single job: get rid of your tiles before they do. That's Domino Battle in a nutshell, and it plays out the same satisfying way whether you pick Draw or Block rules.

Whoever holds the highest tile opens the round, and from there it's a back-and-forth of matching ends and reading what your opponent might be holding. Rounds stack up fast, and the game keeps a running score - first to 100 points takes the win, so one bad round never has to be the end of things.

It runs free in the browser on desktop, Android or iPhone, no download needed, which makes it an easy one to open for a quick round between other things. If you like games that reward a clear head, it sits nicely alongside other Skill games and anything tagged Brain Training Games on the site.

The portrait layout means it's built to be played one-handed on a phone just as easily as at a desk, so there's no real excuse not to squeeze in a round or two.

How to Play

Empty your hand of all seven starting tiles before your opponent empties theirs - that's how you win a round, and rounds keep going until someone reaches 100 points across the match.

Whoever starts with the higher tile plays first, then you take turns matching tile ends to the ones already on the table. Choose Draw or Block rules depending on which version you'd rather play - the tiles and the goal stay the same either way.

Keep an eye on which numbers are running low on the table - it's the quickest way to guess what your opponent might still be holding.
