Speed lanes are your real weapon here. Hit one at the right moment and you get the kind of push that turns a close race into a clean lead. Miss it and you're stuck watching taillights, which is exactly the pressure that makes overtaking feel earned rather than automatic.

Fuel packs scattered along the track keep you in the race longer and pad your score, so grabbing them while still cutting a tight line is its own small skill test. The realistic graphics give every lane change and near-miss a bit more weight.

If karting on rails sounds too tame, BMG: Ragdoll Car Race throws physics-based chaos into the mix instead, while fans of pure Car games speed will feel right at home switching between the two.

Overtake as many racers as you can while racing to the finish. Steer left and right to weave between opponents and line up your route through the track.

Ride speed lanes whenever you spot one - they give you an edge over whoever's ahead. Collect fuel packs along the way to extend your runway and boost your score.

Tip: don't chase every fuel pack in a straight line. Plan your steering so grabbing one also sets you up for the next speed lane.
