Crew Chiefs automate your production. Once you hire one, the operation's cycles run without you having to click Run every time, which frees you up to spend Scrap on your next upgrade.

Retrofits are purchases that improve your output, speed and costs, and they also boost Lucky Find rewards. Lucky Finds are bonus rewards you collect along the way to accelerate your growth.
