Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 August 2026
These terms cover your use of MultiPixel.io. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
What MultiPixel is
MultiPixel is a free catalogue of browser games. You can play everything listed here without registering, downloading anything or paying. There are no accounts, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases on this site.
We do not make the games. Each game is created and hosted by an independent publisher and is loaded into a frame on our page from that publisher's servers. Our part is finding the games, playing them, organising them and presenting them.
Using the site
You may play the games, browse the catalogue and link to any page. In return, please do not:
Copy, scrape or bulk-download the catalogue, its descriptions or its images for use elsewhere.
Use bots, crawlers or automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site. Ordinary search engine crawling is welcome.
Attempt to break into, disrupt or probe the site, its servers or its network.
Interfere with the games, manipulate ratings or play counts, or work around technical limits.
Re-host, reframe or redistribute the games. They are not ours to give away.
Use the site to distribute malware or anything unlawful.
Since there are no accounts, there is nothing for us to suspend. We may block access from addresses that abuse the site, and we may report unlawful activity.
Who owns what
Each game, and everything inside it, belongs to its publisher or developer. Playing a game here does not give you any rights over it.
The MultiPixel name and logo, the site's design and layout, and the way the catalogue is put together — the category and tag structure, and the selection and arrangement of games — belong to us and may not be reused without permission.
The descriptions, guides and other text on the site are published by us and are not free to take. Copying them, or bulk-extracting them, is not permitted under "Using the site" above.
Thumbnails, screenshots and trailers are supplied by the game publishers and remain theirs. They are shown here to identify their games.
Third-party content
Because games come from other companies, we do not control what happens inside a game window. That includes the game's behaviour, anything it collects, and any advertising it shows. We choose which games to list, but we cannot review every change a publisher makes afterwards.
If a game is broken, inappropriate or behaving badly, tell us at [email protected] and we will look at removing it.
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for them.
Suitability
MultiPixel is intended for a general audience. Games carry no formal age rating here, and games from third-party publishers may include advertising.
The site is not aimed at children under 13. If a younger player uses it, an adult should decide what is suitable for them, and we are glad to hear any concern about a specific game.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every game will keep working, or that a game you like will stay in the catalogue. Publishers withdraw games, change them and take servers offline, and we sometimes remove games ourselves.
We may change, add or remove any part of the site at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and the games are offered without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that content will be accurate.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MultiPixel and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of any game reached through it, including lost data, lost progress or lost time.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Copyright and takedown requests
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe something on the site infringes yours, email [email protected] with:
A description of the work you say has been infringed.
The exact URL on MultiPixel.io where it appears.
Your name and contact details.
Your physical or electronic signature.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
We investigate every notice we receive and remove content where the claim is well founded.
Privacy
How the site handles information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
MultiPixel is operated from the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania are the proper venue for any dispute arising from them.
If you live outside the United States, nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country, including any right to bring a claim there.
