Helix Jump
Description
One finger, one spiral tower, one ball that never stops falling - that's the whole setup in Helix Jump. You don't touch the ball at all. You rotate the platforms wrapped around the central pole, lining up the gaps so the ball drops through instead of smacking into a forbidden zone.
It sounds simple because it is, and that's exactly the point. There's no menu maze, no upgrade tree, just a bouncing ball, a spinning helix, and your reflexes deciding how far down you get before a mistimed turn ends the run. That one-tap control scheme means anyone can pick it up in seconds, but staying alive as the platforms tighten up is a different story.
If you liked the drop-and-dodge tension of Deadly Descent, Helix Jump scratches the same itch with a cleaner, more colorful spin on it. It plays straight in the browser on desktop or mobile, no download needed, so you can queue up a quick run between anything else on your list. Fans of addictive games that punish the smallest slip will feel right at home here.
How to Play
Guide the ball down through the spiral tower without letting it land on a red forbidden zone. Reach as far down the helix as you can before that happens.
Put a finger on the screen and swipe left or right to rotate the whole helix structure. You're not moving the ball - you're turning the platforms around it so an opening lines up under the ball as it falls.
The ball can bounce safely on normal platforms, so don't panic if you're not lined up perfectly on the first bounce. Watch one level ahead instead of just the platform right under you, so you're already rotating before the ball needs the gap.
