Description

Click a Goo. If it's stuck to a buddy, they both pop. That's the whole trick in Goodeluxe, and it's more satisfying than it sounds.

Here's the catch: pop a lonely Goo with no group around it and you swallow a dose of poison. Six doses and you're done. So instead of clicking wildly, you start scanning the board, hunting for clusters, thinking two or three moves ahead before you commit.

What makes Goodeluxe different from other Goobox games is the pace - there's no clock ticking you into bad decisions. You get all the time you want to plan, which is exactly the luxury the name promises. If you already like clearing boards in Merge games, this is a quieter, more deliberate cousin of that formula.

It's a browser game, free, no download, playable solo whenever you've got a spare few minutes and a laptop nearby.

How to Play

Clear Goos off the board by clicking on groups of two or more matching Goos - the bigger the group, the more efficient your clear.

Click to eliminate. That's the entire control scheme. But click on a Goo that's sitting alone with no matching neighbor and you'll take a dose of poison instead of a clean pop.

Six doses of poison and it's game over, so don't rush. Take a moment before each click to spot which Goos are grouped and which ones are stranded, and clear the big clusters first to keep isolated Goos from piling up.
