Description

Send a stickman follower into the dark to chip ore out of a wall and you've already started your underground empire in Dungeon Master - Cult & Craft. You're the dungeon keeper here, and every follower you control is a pair of hands for mining, hauling minerals, or working the cult that keeps your whole operation running.

Keeping loyalty high isn't optional. Let it slip and your cult starts to crumble, so you're constantly juggling resource extraction with morale, deciding who mines and who tends to the faithful. It's an economic strategy wrapped in torchlight - distribute the spoils wisely and your wealth grows alongside your base.

The 3D graphics lean fully into the darkness, so every upgrade, wall you knock through, and chamber you build feels like it's carving light out of nothing. Build, improve, strengthen - the dungeon only grows if you keep feeding it ore and order.

If you like games where you're steering a small crew and watching a base grow brick by brick, this sits nicely next to Building Games and other Adventure games on the site. It plays free in the browser on desktop or mobile, no download needed.

How to Play

Your job is to run the dungeon: mine ore and minerals with your stickmen, keep cult loyalty high, and upgrade your base as resources come in.

On desktop, move with WASD, the arrow keys, or by dragging with the left mouse button, and select or confirm upgrades with the left mouse button or E. On mobile, steer with the in-game joystick and tap to select upgrades.

Don't let loyalty slide while you're busy mining - a happy cult keeps the whole operation stable, so check in on it between digging runs and spend your resources on upgrades that strengthen your base rather than letting ore pile up unused.
