Bridge
Description
That little ruby dot in the middle of each pillar is why you'll keep saying "one more go." Land your bridge right on it and you bank bonus shards and a combo multiplier. Miss it by a hair and it feels personal.
Bridge, from 27Studio, is a minimalist physics platformer and timing runner. You hold to stretch a bridge out, then let go and watch it fall. Too short or too long and it tumbles into the bottomless chasm. Your target is a towering obsidian monolith, and you need a span of exactly the right length.
Near miss? The edge-grab lets you catch the crumbling ledge by your fingertips and haul yourself up. Then the course gets sneakier, with moving monoliths, different elevations and crumbling towers. It's a calm, stylish game of agility games nerves, and it's a neat pick if you like arcade games you can play in short bursts. One player, free, right in your browser.
How to Play
Build a bridge just long enough to reach the next pillar. Too short or too long and it falls into the abyss.
Tap and hold anywhere on the screen to extend the bridge, then release to drop it. Time that release carefully.
Tip: aim for the red dot in the center of the pillar. Hitting it earns bonus shards and combo multipliers, and chaining Perfect hits pushes your score up fast.
